Team Management

Agent HQ supports team collaboration. Invite others to your workspace so they can create projects, chat with Pilot, and manage tasks.

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Manage billing, delete workspace, manage all settings.
AdminManage members, projects, and settings. Cannot delete workspace.
MemberCreate projects, tasks, and conversations. Cannot manage settings or members.
  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person’s email address
  4. Select their role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace. Invitations expire after a set period if not accepted.

In Settings > Team, you can see:

  • Active members — people currently in your workspace
  • Pending invitations — invites that haven’t been accepted yet

For pending invitations, you can:

  • Resend — send the invitation email again
  • Revoke — cancel the invitation

To remove a member from your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Find the member
  3. Click Remove

Removed members lose access to the workspace immediately. Their created projects and tasks remain in the workspace.

Owners and admins can change a member’s role:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Find the member
  3. Select a new role from the dropdown

Role changes take effect immediately.
