Managing integrations
Section titled “Managing integrations”Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Go to Integrations in the sidebar
- Find the service you want to connect
- Click Connect
- Follow the OAuth authentication flow
- Authorize Agent HQ to access your account
Status
Section titled “Status”Each integration shows its current status:
- Connected — active and working
- Disconnected — not configured
- Error — authentication expired or access revoked
Disconnecting
Section titled “Disconnecting”To remove an integration:
- Go to Integrations
- Find the connected service
- Click Disconnect
This revokes Agent HQ’s access to the service. Existing data (tasks, files) created through the integration remains in your workspace.
Security
Section titled “Security”Integration tokens are encrypted at rest in the database. Agent HQ uses OAuth standard flows and never stores your passwords.
Refresh tokens are used to maintain access without requiring you to re-authenticate frequently. If a token expires or is revoked, you’ll be prompted to reconnect.
